Dr. Franco earned her dental degree in 2005 from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic. After practicing dentistry in the Dominican Republic for five years, she moved to South Florida, where she passed her dental boards and got accepted to Larkin Community Hospital for a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program. After graduation, Dr. Franco stayed at Borinquen Health Center as an attending and full-time provider.
